Honda service centre

Seriously disappointed w Cheras branch Honda service centre..

Went thr on wednesday n they said it was fully booked.. instead he asked me to make an appointment the day after.. which i did made an appointment on thursday 10am..

Whn i arrived thr the cb said it was fully booked n asked me to leave my car at the service centre till friday.

Its not like im fussy n complaining about leaving my car. So thats y u have the terms called APPOINTMENTS as u suggested RIGHT?!!?!!

=.= at least give me a call/reminder n inform me that i had to take a cab home la =.=

So wads the point of making an appointment thn i'd to wait my car to get serviced done the next day?!

Poor customer service. Its like i killed their cats or sth.. Their looks full w hatred.

Asked him to take note that my side mirror was loose

.. yet still they cant get it done.

Not efficient !! Unorganized !!

Sumore the whole show room theyre only 2 show cars available.. =.=..

Eventho i stay at cheras ill get my next car serviced at Honda Jalan Ipoh..

Cheras branch customer service sucks..
